Before Each Meeting

Families should read the featured book together before the scheduled meeting. Caterpillar Club meetings are designed to revisit and explore the story through conversation, games, movement, and hands-on activities rather than rereading the entire book together.

A short list of common supplies, such as crayons, markers, scissors, glue, or paper, may be provided before each meeting. Wonder Wings will provide the primary book-specific materials needed for planned activities.

Monthly Book Mail

Each participant will receive one Caterpillar Club mailing before each monthly meeting. Mailings include the featured book and supporting materials for that month’s book club experience.

The first mailing will also include the participant’s personalized Caterpillar Club Book Passport.

Families are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during registration and should notify Wonder Wings as soon as possible if their mailing address changes.

Packages are shipped with tracking. If a mailing appears to be lost in transit or arrives with significantly damaged or unusable contents, families should contact Wonder Wings as soon as possible so we can assist.

Wonder Wings is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, an unreported address change, or a package that is not retrieved after delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if re-shipping is necessary because of a family-side address or delivery issue.

Parent/Caregiver Presence

Because Caterpillar Club participants are young children, a parent or caregiver must remain on the premises and be reasonably available throughout each meeting.

Adults do not need to remain beside the child for the entire meeting if the child can participate independently. However, an adult should be available to assist with technology, materials, behavior, or other needs that may arise.

Wonder Wings facilitates the virtual group experience but is not responsible for supervising participants in their home or other remote setting.

Participation Expectations

Caterpillar Club is designed to be an interactive and developmentally appropriate small-group experience. Children are encouraged to participate in conversation, activities, movement, and sharing throughout each meeting.

Movement, excitement, occasional interruptions, and the need for redirection are expected at this age. If a participant’s behavior is significantly interfering with their own participation or the experience of the group, a parent or caregiver may be asked to assist.

Families are responsible for providing a reliable internet connection, a device capable of accessing Google Meet, and working audio. Cameras are encouraged to support interaction and engagement, although temporary technology difficulties are understandable.

Missed Meetings

Enrollment reserves a participant’s space for the full Fall season.

If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled meeting, the meeting is forfeited. Individual make-up meetings are not provided for participant absences.

Participants may continue to use the book and program materials provided for the missed meeting.

Make-up meetings are only offered when a regularly scheduled meeting is canceled by Wonder Wings.

Wonder Wings Cancellations & Make-Up Meetings

If Wonder Wings cancels a scheduled meeting, a make-up meeting will be offered on the anticipated make-up date whenever reasonably possible.

If a make-up meeting is provided, no refund or credit will be issued if a participant is unable to attend the make-up date.

If Wonder Wings is unable to provide both the originally scheduled meeting and a make-up meeting, an applicable refund for the live-meeting portion of the program will be provided in accordance with the program’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

If Wonder Wings cancels the entire Fall season, families will receive a full refund of program fees paid.

Minimum Enrollment

Caterpillar Club requires a minimum number of participants in order to provide the intended group experience.

If minimum enrollment is not met by the published registration deadline, Wonder Wings will cancel the Fall program and enrolled families will receive a full refund of program fees paid.

Families may also be offered priority or early registration for a future season.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration for Caterpillar Club is for the full Fall 2026 season and includes three live virtual book club meetings, books and program materials, shipping, and related program preparation.

Participant Withdrawal or Missed Meetings
Seasonal registration fees are nonrefundable if a participant withdraws from Caterpillar Club after registration. Refunds or credits are not provided for meetings missed by a participant, including absences due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal circumstances.

If a participant withdraws from Caterpillar Club, any books or materials already provided may be kept; however, future program materials will not be shipped after withdrawal.

Minimum Enrollment
A minimum of three participants is required for the Fall 2026 Caterpillar Club season to run. If minimum enrollment is not met and Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy cancels the season, families will receive a full refund of the $250 seasonal registration fee.

Meetings Canceled by Wonder Wings
If Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy must cancel a scheduled live meeting, a makeup meeting will be offered whenever possible.

If Wonder Wings Pediatric Therapy determines that a makeup meeting cannot be provided, families will receive a $50 refund representing the live-meeting portion of the seasonal fee. The refund will be initiated within 14 days of that determination.

Refunds will be returned through the original payment transaction whenever applicable. Processing times after a refund is initiated may vary by financial institution.

Books, materials, and other program items already provided to participants remain theirs to keep and are not included in the live-meeting refund

Program Materials & Substitutions

Featured books and supporting materials are selected in advance.

If an item becomes unavailable or cannot reasonably be obtained, Wonder Wings may substitute a comparable edition, format, book, or program material when necessary.

Any substitutions will be selected to maintain the overall quality and purpose of the book club experience.

A specific book format, such as paperback or hardcover, is not guaranteed.

Recording & Privacy

Caterpillar Club meetings are not routinely recorded by Wonder Wings.

Participants, parents, caregivers, and other individuals may not record, photograph, screenshot, or screen-record any portion of a meeting.

Families should respect the privacy of other participants by not sharing another participant’s name, image, voice, comments, or identifying information outside of the group.

If Wonder Wings ever wishes to use a participant’s image, recording, or other identifiable content for marketing or educational purposes, separate written permission will be requested.

Program Scope

Caterpillar Club is an educational literacy enrichment program and is not speech-language therapy or group therapy.

Participation does not include a speech-language evaluation, diagnosis, individualized treatment goals, plan of care, or therapy services.

Caterpillar Club is not intended to replace individualized evaluation or therapy when those services are needed.
