Why choose an SLP?

Speech-language pathologists (SLPs) are uniquely trained in the foundations of language—skills that are essential for strong reading and writing. They understand how sounds, words, grammar, and comprehension work together, and can spot the subtle gaps that may be holding a child back. An SLP-led program doesn’t just focus on reading practice. It targets the underlying language skills that make literacy “click,” building confidence, fluency, and a love for learning.

Payment & Pricing

Program pricing is determined by the plan you choose—either Grow (1x/week) or Thrive (2x/week). A deposit is required to hold your child’s spot, and all paperwork and deposit payment must be submitted within 48 hours of your enrollment call. Payment is accepted only through our secure EMR system, where you will also receive your invoice and intake forms. Our literacy enrichment services are not billable to insurance, and therefore, we are unable to provide a superbill for reimbursement purposes. Please note that no refunds are available for deposits or any payments.

The early bird enrollment window runs from September 1–5 — click here for details about our early bird special.

Payment plans are available.

  • Enrollment is first come, first served based on waitlist order. The waitlist opens August 12 and closes August 31.

  • To join the waitlist, you can submit a form here or press the “Save My Spot!” button found throughout our literacy program pages on our website. There is also a “Save My Spot!” button at the bottom of this section for your convenience.

  • Families on the waitlist will be contacted in order starting September 1. New families can submit an interest form or call us directly after August 31 to be added to the waitlist.

  • The official enrollment period is September 1–19, with an early bird enrollment window from September 1–5.

  • During your enrollment call, we will review important policies including makeup sessions, scheduling, and payment. Please be ready to discuss your availability and whether you are interested in the Grow (1x/week) or Thrive (2x/week) program. This helps us determine if we can offer you a spot that fits your schedule.

  • Payments are accepted only via our secure EMR system, which you will be invited to join after enrollment. This is also where you will receive your invoice and intake paperwork, which are due within 48 hours of receipt. Failure to submit on time may result in forfeiting your child’s spot and being moved to the end of the waitlist.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable.

  • No schedule changes are guaranteed after the deposit is paid. Any adjustments depend on SLP availability. Once sessions begin, schedule changes are not allowed, and families must follow our makeup/reschedule policy.

  • Spots are limited to maintain a high-quality, individualized experience. If the program fills, your name will remain on the waitlist in case a spot opens.

  • Once the enrollment period ends, and if you weren’t able to grab a spot this quarter, we hope to work with you in the next quarter. You may choose to join our email list for announcements about future enrollment opportunities. Enrollment occurs quarterly; once closed, the next chance to enroll is the following quarter.

  • Parents on the waitlist should expect a phone call once enrollment opens (aiming for September 1, though exact timing may vary due to volume). If spots fill before your call, you will be notified via email with the option to remain on the waitlist or be removed.

  • Communication is important! You are welcome to call or email us anytime with questions. Please allow 48–72 business hours for a response if we are unavailable.

  • Once enrolled, families can contact us by phone or email and will also have access to secure messaging within our EMR portal for faster communication.
