WONDER WINGS BOOK CLUB

Books • Conversation • Connection

Wonder Wings Book Club brings children together through books, conversation, and shared literacy experiences that build a love of reading and meaningful connection.

Our Book Club experiences give children a fun, engaging space to talk about stories, share ideas, participate in interactive activities, and connect with other young readers.

Meet Caterpillar Club

Caterpillar Club is the preschool group within Wonder Wings Book Club, created especially for children ages 4–5.

Each season, children explore a thoughtfully selected collection of books through live virtual book club meetings, conversation, movement, games, and hands-on activities connected to each story.

Families read the featured book together before the meeting. During book club, we revisit the story through discussion and playful activities rather than simply rereading the book from beginning to end.

Caterpillar Club is designed to make books feel social, interactive, and exciting while giving young children opportunities to talk, listen, share ideas, and connect with others through stories.

Why Book Club with an SLP?

Books are about more than learning to read. They give children opportunities to listen, think, talk, ask questions, share ideas, learn new words, and connect with others.

Wonder Wings Book Club is led by a pediatric speech-language pathologist with expertise in child communication and language development. That background helps shape book club experiences that intentionally support conversation, story understanding, vocabulary, participation, and connection while keeping the experience playful, social, and centered around a great book.

It’s not speech therapy. It’s a book club that uses great stories to spark conversation, curiosity, and connection.
